Control Room System

Since the late 1980s, we have used a Haley CAB 5000 computerised booking and dispatch system. Over the years it has developed to incorporate the latest technology. We still use the system today because it is stable, reliable and flexible, ensuring that nothing is left to chance and all your bookings are met on time.

In Car Units

The "Microbus" units installed in every taxi are part of a bespoke system that displays specific job details and messaging. It also incorporates fare transfer features, a unique mapping and satellite navigation system, mobile phone capability, text messaging and callback functions - not to mention the actual taximeter, speedometer, postcode location finder, and credit card validation facility. All this and much much more!!!
